Three months clean is an accomplishment. Keep going. My daughter used for over 30 years, now six years sober. She quit cold turkey but put herself in rehab and then sober living house for a year and a half. If she can do I it, anyone can. Keep going.

I’m so proud of you Teddy! You are clearly on the right path. You are strong and healthy. My son has been sober for 13 years, he almost died when he was 21 years old due to a heavy dose of drugs and alcohol. I praise God every single day that he survived and is thriving. Keep doing what you are doing, 3 months is a huge accomplishment!!!! I admire and respect your hard work. 😊☀️

I follow the soberbodybuilder. Brad Jenson on Instagram. He's into lifting weights and talks about how he used to be an alcoholic and heroin user and cleaned up his life. Focus on God and get strong asf. You can do this. Sending prayers
