I can't get enough to eat today. this is the 1st day that i have really tried to stick to the weight watchers diet. I think this will be too hard for me, but i have paid the $$ so i just as well try it.

Stick to it.. The first day is always the hardest.. You can do it...

I think the hardest part about the first week of Weight Watchers is that you're just kind of hungry. It's really important to find filling foods that aren't a lot of points, drink all your water and don't wait too long to eat or you'll want to eat the house. It really does get easier after the first week and the weight loss is a great boost to keep going. You can do this... just make a deal with yourself to follow the plan for real for a whole week and then see how you feel.

Yes, first week is hardest. Use some of your flex points. Get enough protein and fill up on fruits and veggies. They have 0 and 1 point soups you can buy and fill up on too. The longer you do it, the easier it gets.
