This sugar free challenge seems to have it's rewards, I'm waking up with more energy loosing a bit of weight but I just can't seem to calm down on the over eating of nuts and oh my how I miss fruit!!! I started the rowing portion of the challenge yesterday we are soposed to row for 1000 cals this month, it took me 17 minutes to row 200 and my hands are blistered and sore almost as sore as my shoulders!!!!! Well today is another day its beautiful sunshine out there. Keep slaying those dragons #winningwithsmallvictories
116.6 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 31.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
