So, this is day 2 of the ketogenic diet - i feel ok, a little hungry and mentally fuzzy. Also, i really don't like macadamia nuts. Looking forward to Friday night when I can start the primal blueprint after getting into ketosis. Hopefully joining fat secret will help me stick to the diet this time.
