Well, I can see my weight loss and gain from 211 to 170 and back up here. Tells me alot. I need to measure and log. Covid is over. I have money to buy salads. We don't eat out as much. I can buy cheap Popsicles for sweets for cravings. Get clam chowder for soups but only eat chili as a treat----it's loaded with fat abd carbs. YOUR JEANS ARE TIGHT!
