Normal day:
6am eggs, whites,yogurt, tea, Ezekiel toast
9am fruit
10 am muscle milk
11am turkey wrap
12 pm pre workout meal ground turkey broccoli cauliflower rice ( at 5 weeks out switching to tilapia for pre workout), less fat and cals.
2 pm post workout whey shake with collagen, strawberries, pineapple and almond milk.
5 pm fish shrimp broccoli yellow potato, or a repeat of 6 am.
7-8 pm fruit and or toast.
I shoot for 4-5 liters of liquids which includes flavored water, 1-2 L coffee, tea etc.
weights 6x a week, elliptical 2-3 30-40 minute sessions a day.
Come June, I’ll look to be eating more but just as clean. Gonna see if I can go the other way with some lean mass.
