I have come to the conclusion that being around my husband is not good for my lifestyle change. He is 6'1 and weighs under 150 pounds. He has never had an issue with what he eats being a problem. In fact, he has a problem gaining weight instead! He insists on us eating out a lot when we're together. It's hard to find something healthy on a menu at some places! I am NOT a salad lover, btw. There are few places that make salads that I enjoy eating!

I know that this is on me to figure out how to handle it and deal with it, but man, it makes it hard. I LOVE FOOD!

you should look at superskinnyme.com! I know.. wierd name, I only found it through a google search, but I learned that some people naturally have body types where their body wants to store fat, others, maybe like your husband, are programmed to constantly burn fat. It totally sucks, I know, but they had suggestions for exercising to fit your body type, since what would work for someone with a naturally "skinny" bodytype won't work for others. Sorry to butt in on your entry, just wanted to share the info I learned! keep up the good work! :)
