stick with it. I'm one month in and down 8 lbs. I'm following a low calorie diet around 1200 calories a day.

I've always followed a low fat 1200 calorie diet. I lost 7.5 lbs in the first two weeks, gained six pounds back the following two weeks and now I'm down again but still higher than I was around the first 2 weeks with my lowest then being 1.5 lbs lower than now. I'm not one to blow something off immediately so I'll give it two or three months but so far I'm pissed and I've spent almost $400. I've never had the fullness or sick feeling people talk about but overeating has never been my problem. I know when to stop and I'm capable of it.
