Happy New Year - avoided temptation - hub out of town so stayed in and watched the ball drop with daughter. Feel good about sticking to the plan - usually I hate to miss out but I'm really feeling determined - hope it lasts. Energy still low and forcing myself to run every morning but I'm just going to push through. Feel like I ate well yesterday but my calorie count was over 2000 which is eye opening.
