I have let this get so far out of control that I am not even sure how to start getting back on track. After losing 200+ pounds and keeping it off for over 5 years, I am almost back up to 200 pounds. I am only 5'4"!! It happened quickly, too.
Okay.. enough complaining. I am not gonna get that weight back off by flappin my gums.
I am once again attempting to track my food intake. I am lucky enough to have my youngest daughter halping my with accountability this time, though. Might just be the push I need. :)
