I have been getting myself back on track and i am going to do the paleo diet like my doctor told me to do... It worked well for me, I like the low carb diet, but you have to eat that way all the time, no slips or it doesn't work. I will go back in the future, when the paleo diet stops losing weight for me. I only gained a pound since I was here last and that is good news for I haven't exercised or ate too well. Too much sugar! I will be removing that from my diet, because it and bread is the problem as the doctor told me.
