My plan is to start January 4. I will be able to purge foods that are unhealthy and purchase what is healthy. Once I start I want to stay on task and have no excuses. Next year, a new year, a difficult year doing something totally foreign to me . . . I will focus on myself to become healthy and be the best person I can be for those I care about living by example.

You took your first step today to a new you. Take a look around at the site. Check out the challenge board and see what peaks your interest. You will find that the Fat Secret family gives a lot of support, encouragement and sometimes a good kick in the pants when you need it. You made a good choice. Now it's all about choice and you are the one making them. You are the only one that can make the hard choices are you ready. Sounds like you have your head in the game are but stop all the self doubting now and get your motivation levels up. I want to see you drive into the winner circle in 2016 accomplishing your goals and then some.
Don't wait until 01/04/15. Start making smart choices today. limit the next portion at your next meal. Have an extra glass of water within the next hour. Little changes make a big difference. See you around the site.
