≈260 cals man i was craving bread all day even tho its so high in cals

yea 260 is okay but more than half of that is just the bread 😭 I ate bread and salad, no toppings or nothing 😔

That does not sound very satisfying at all.... I personally need a bit of taste in my life no matter the calories. I rather eat less than eat stuff that doesn't taste good. If you use vinegar, balsamico essence, some sweetener and salt and water instead of olive oil, you can make a pretty decent Italian dressing without a lot of calories. That's how I pimp my salad.... Where are you from if i may asked? Have a great day !

i just saw your goal weight which is super low. Are you a kid????? Thats only 85.7 lbs. for an adult, that's wayyyyyyyy too low..... I'm a bit worried.....🤔🤔🤔

I live in germany!! I used some seasoning and also oil, otherwise it would've been less cals, so it tastes better, but the bread didn't have anything on it. I am not a kid. I know my goal weight is low, but I'm planning to hit it and then gain back up to 45kg! have a great day :)

I see. I'm sure you have your reason for planning to go that low in weight then gain a bit of it back...... it just doesn't seem healthy.... I've lost round about 70lbs in 6 months last year and I gotta tell you, I'm lucky the skin doesn't hang loosely everywhere. My butt suffered however. Used to have wayyy more booty than Kim Kardashian and now my behind looks like it should belong to an 80 year old🤣🤣🤣. I lost weight too quickly and didn't intake enough protein.... but then again I'm not a spring chicken anymore either🤷🏽‍♀️😊. Just take good care of yourself please....

I feel like it's good you have the bread as well to get the calories and if you'd have the dressing on top you could also dip it in when you ate all the salad. That way it feels like the bread is a more necessary part of your meal. Because it is actually. And even if you ate three meals a day of 300-500kcal each, you would lose weight, I think. Remember that the daily reference is around 2000kcal and that you should enjoy your food to be happy and satisfied in general, meaning tasty food is important for your mental health :) If your food is healthy at the same time, then perfect :))
