The scales refuse to change. I even tried the battery. is it remembering an old weight perhaps. Nope, the weight it shows is the same for days now.
That's ok. My smallest trousers (UK14) now fall off over my hips as I walk, they fitted me fine in the summer. I can fit both arms down inside by my side and there is still room. No, they haven't stretched, this is straight from the laundry.
I have had to borrow a belt from hubby, and I'm using the same notch as he does which feels great.
I'm not ready to buy new clothes yet, I haven't had enough wear from these! They are lovely pretty colours. For years I have worn black or dark blue. I treated myself to lilac, turquoise, teal, ruby and purple. When I got them in the sale last year I couldn't get them on, let alone fastened. How many times have we done that as an incentive to lose weight - it never works.... this time it did!!
So...... the scales resolutely stay up there, while the trousers go down instead. Fine by me ;) I'm not ready to give up the trews yet, or the belt!
