Can't believe how hard it is for me to eat now 1200 calories a day, feel full after breakfast and have a hard time with my snacks and other lunches, feel like i have to push the food inside. What i do like is how i do not feel cravings for junk anymore.

Sara you look great. I remember having a hard time eating the 1200 calories too. You'll get used to it. I realized I got almost all of my calories from carbs in the past. Keep doing what you're doing, cause it's working. I'm getting ready to start phase 1 again, hope I do better this time.

Sara try a mouthful of protein shake when you are feeling hungry - works for me.

Thanks everyone, i am having a hard time consuming all of the food, but do not feel too bad cuz i know that what i am eating is healthy, lots of protein, high in fiber and not too much fat. Still have a couple of more pounds to loose but i am really not so anxious to see the rest to come off to quickly. I have to say I am feeling good where i am at right now.
