BFF birthday yesterday, I had a few drinks....nothing crazy, she's also my neighbour. I got on the scale this morning...under 150 baby! I know it's probably just a dehydration effect, but I'm taking the win.
67.8 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
