Upped my elliptical workout to 15 minutes! I feel great. Lost 3 pounds this week. If I keep it up, it would take me a year to get to goal. Though there is always plateaus, I hope to be there around a year. I deserve this so bad. I just want to be happy with myself and be there forever for my son!
