??? That was NOT in my books. I’ve spent the last 3 days eating ~ 90-100g of simple carbs a day no and yesterday night was finally kicked out of ketosis after finishing my easter egg and completely screwing up both my fasting and sleeping schedules. (Thanks to the neighbor who filled my house with smoke imo). As of now, I am only 13h into today’s fast - which might be anywhere from 15 to 50+ hours long - out of ketosis, and… 1.2kg lighter ? But how???? Well let’s expect it to fluctuate right back up :)
Edit: I am convinced this measurement is wrong. I will adjust to the week’s average
