I forgot to wear my Fitbit yesterday so I paid attention to what I ate. I had a bad start with a late breakfast that was a little heavy so I skipped lunch. I ate well for dinner at Captain D's. I tried the grilled whitefish platter with two green veggies. It was very satisfying...
