This weeks average goal: 87.5 or lower
Strategies to implement moving forward: increase the fasting windows. Ive been naturally doing 16:8 most of days without realizing. From now on, my weeks will be approximately T-W 36:8, T20:8, F-S42:8, S20:4, M20:4 with some tweaks to accommodate reality.
Challenges: 1-getting enough food on up says post-fasting. Hunger severely decreases and it might be hard to eat enough in 8 hours. Add time if needed! 2-making it work on weekends I see my spouse. Man, people who like ti eat sweets all the time SUCK. Anyway 3-the poor food in my fridge… may rot? :,(
