Logged back into fatsecret for the first time in a long time a couple of days ago. Want to start back, but have not been motivated to actually work at it yet. Today I went to a wedding. Of course pictures were taken and already pictures are on Facebook and I do not recognize myself at all. I don't want to be that person in the picture. I don't feel like that person, but it's me and I need to take responsibility for every thing I put in my mouth. Tomorrow I will log all my food and walk! Over it.
