I went from 113 to under 190. My clothes continue to fit better and less snugg. i took 3 days off this week. But i felt like I really needed it. I got back in my gym today and did a solid hour of strength training. It is never easy to get back to working out after a few days rest but I am proud of myself for doing it. It is so easy to let your mind tell you I will do it tomorrow. But so much more rewarding to make no excuses and say I will do it today. I went from a size 38 to a 34. My goal is to try to get back into a 33 or a 32. No excuses just discipline! You can do it too! Make every day count all! I believe in you even if you don't believe in yourself. So if only one person believes in you that's more than noone so prove me right. You deserve it and so do I.
