The scale just seems to keep going down! No, not "seems", the scale IS going. down. I have to have faith in myself. Don't give up on yourself. This IS working. You CAN do this!! Yesterday I had a different version of Nachos Fajitas at my Mexican restaurant...no rice or chips but with lettuce. The chicken was still good but it was a bit runny. Will try something different next time. Last night I was really busy cleaning out my closet and wasn't too hungry so I came up with the ideal ham and cream cheese roll ups-----YummyYummy!!!! I have already reached My First Two Goals!! 200 lbs and 195#--Wow!! Good For ME! My Next Goals Are: 190 185 180--Size 14---Can I give away my Big Clothes that I like so much? 175 170 165? Maintenace? Is this too low? Or 165-170?
