I'm just getting back in from traveling to the west coast for Thanksgiving. I was using mobile devices so all I did was record my food intake. My Fitbit recorded my activity. I didn't post any comments. I did get in plenty of exercise, especially my abs.
I didn't loose any weight but did have to wear my new 32 inch waist jeans yesterday because my 34's were too big. I have become conscious of wearing clothes that are too large. Fellas, it's not a good look. I am becoming confident that with some continued work, I can maintain my current size...
