OMG my manager brought in mini scones from panera but I can't find the calorie content for the small ones :( I want one soooo bad *cry*

Hey, every once in a while, I think a small treat is a good thing. Keeps you from feeling so deprived. You did good and stopped at one! Now back to the grind, huh?

Yeah, that was my reasoning, lol. It didn't appear to hurt me too much. I just didn't have a snack after dinner last night.
