Had basically the same last night. What sprouts did you use that are so long?

Dude you look really lean, what body fat percentage are you? Like 10%?

@Wes Thanks man! 😌 So there's an InBody assessor at the gym I go to, it says I'm 7% but those aren't that accurate. I think I'm around 8-9%. I usually do the test on Saturdays so I'll check tomorrow and post it 💪

@Melissa Nice! I love stir fries, and I usually just eat it out the wok so less dishes too 😅 I have no idea about the sprouts, I live in Korea so I just buy big bags of them because they're super cheap 🙈 I think it's just soy bean though 🤷♂️🤔

Hahahaha, genius using wok as dish. 😂
Schweet, I'll look out for the soy bean and try it. I usually make the mung beans, they're short and fat. Thanks for your reply. 😉

Nice 👍🏼 seems like you're doing something right, definitely one of the leanest I've seen here. I'm quite mean but probably more like 15%. Any tips for getting leaner?

Hard to say without knowing what you're currently doing 🤔 As general advice I tell people to lose fat as slowly as possible, it makes it sustainable and let's the body adapt without excessive hunger or cravings. Also, don't implement multiple fat loss strategies at once - you always want to have an additional lever to pull when you hit a plateau ✌🏻
