We are back in town from our anniversary trip to Charlotte. Had a great time and Rob really helped me stay on track with Atkins. The hotel had eggs and bacon/sausage every morning and I stayed away from sausage gravy, biscuits, cereal, juice and waffles with syrup. That is SOOOOOO different for me. We aimed for salads at Cracker Barrel with extra side vegetables (I probably over did it), ate a fajita salad without the fried shell (double tortilla shell), ate at Panda without the rice/noodles--Black Pepper Chicken and String Bean Chicken. I drink sugar free lemonade, even bought pork rinds--which you can only eat 4-5 at the most....
We walked endlessly at two, no three flea markets. So, I am really trying to stay on track. And Robert is really trying to help me. He knows what low Carb means and how to achieve Net Carb, how fiber affects Carb intake.
