I am barely functioning this morning. Yesterday I was on a peak and now I'm back in a valley. I was just about to work when I realized that all I want is a mental health day. Then I remembered that I have a strict deadline for product this week and have to get it done. If I manage it without breaking into tears on the production floor I'll be happy.
Drinking hot tea and thinking about that episode of the Big Bang Theory wear Sheldon makes upset people drink a hot beverage when they come into the apartment. Being so stereotypical is helping a little.
On the up side, I told the BF that I can't handle serious conversations before work anymore. And I was very straight forward this morning about my emotions about our relationship and whether or not I think it'll work out. Resounding maybes all around.
