Food plan going well 6 days on food plan then Saturday 24hr eat what you like,
Funny that last Saturday i filled up on fruit,cereal,natural yogurt and pizza.
106.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 26.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week
