I'm looking forward to the weekend. Today my workout was sprints on my treadmill for 20 mins, hard/easy. I'm sure my sprints look more like a jog to some of you. They went well and I enjoyed them. My eating has been on track this week, I will have a few extra calories tonight a I like something salty along with a of shot Jack Daniels as I play cards with my wife. I aim for an 80 to 85% compliance with my diet and exercise program which for the most part I stick to. Enjoy your weekend everyone.
