Rest day today to I did not get up to 9am which is late for me. I call it a rest day but it not really as on these days I try to learn something different, Yoga pose, kettlebell exercise, today I'm trying Scott Sonnon's FlowFit. Looking over the video it will take me some time to master, it does fit in with my primal fitness goals so I will be practicing flowfit for the next few months. Today was also my second 24 hour fast, I'm looking forward to dinner, home made burger with steamed vegetable's. This week has been going to plan so far, no wrenches been thrown in the works, lol.
