I was curious today about my weight as my clothes seem a lot looser. Got a shock, 205 to 197.6 This was the first time I weighed in over a month.
Strength training today an intense 30 min body weight session.
For my workouts I follow Primal fitness guidelines, for those interested they are,
Sunday:2 hour walk, Monday: 45 min easy cardio (treadmill) + 15 min after dinner walk, Tuesday: 30 min intense strength training + 15 min after dinner walk, Wednesday: rest, Thursday: 45 min hike or treadmill, Friday: Sprints on treadmill for 20 min including warm up and cool down. Saturday: 10 min intense strength training (kettlebell)
I try to aim for at least two hours slow cardio per week. I'm looking forward to the summer when I can get outside more often.
I am pleased with how my fitness goals are going this year.
My blood sugar has been very good and I've been feeling good in myself.
