A funny thing happened at the gym today. A dude was hogging the dipping machine(no not a machine for dipping food lol!) so I asked if he is done and he says yes go ahead and he goes away.
I did my 3 sets with my last set being my heaviest set with just 2 plates short of using the entire weight stack. Then once I was done on the dipping machine I got onto the peckdeck machine which is right next to the dipping machine.
This dude comes back and asks if I'm done with the dipping machine and I said yes and he gets into position by standing on the step to get some height and use his bodyweight to push the handles down without changing the weight stack to suit him and pushes down on the handles. The handles didn't move even an inch downward and he had already lifted his legs off the step so he was hanging on the machine with his full bodyweight and his legs dangling in mid air. That was such a funny thing to see and then I told him he needs to lower the weight from what I used and he felt embarrassed and said thanks.
