Still feeling blah about not moving the scale. It's hard casue I'm packing and getting ready to move a tthe end of the month. I don't want that to be an excuse. I need to get the weight down not matter what the situation. I don't want to get down about the scale not moving but it went up, not a lot but still up. When I do get upset about it I relapse which is what I don't want to do. I think I won't weigh myself again till Monday.
