So I restarted my journey because I am in diabetic trouble. I put the weight I was on Wednesday which was 169.6 pounds. But weighed myself on Friday to find I was actually 167.4 pounds. Today is Saturday, I was curious so I pulled out the scale, I now weigh 165.6 pounds! I lost 1.8 pounds in 1 day! So here is the math: September: weight was 219.0, did not weigh myself for two months. November 11th weighed 171.4 pounds. November 18th weighed 169.6 pounds. November 20th weighed 167.4 pounds. November 21st weigh 165.6 pounds. Total weight loss to today is 53.4 pounds! Too much too fast. I'm always thirsty, hardly ever hungry, and when I do eat I feel like I'm going to throw it all back up. I drink 8 to 10 32oz cups of water a day! That's 256 to 320oz's per day and I pee it all out! I believe I am in DKA: Diabetic Ketoacidosis. And I don't have the money to fix it. I'm going to end up in the hospital....and I can't afford that either. I will lose another 16.2 pounds by the end of the month if I continue to lose 1.8 pounds per day, that will put me at 149.4 pounds. I think I will have to weigh myself everyday, but I don't want to get scared....
