I have no idea whats wrong with me! I feel smaller and less bloated yet I've gained weight! I always weigh myself at the same time, as soon as I wake up, so its not like I have a belly full of food. I'm just really disappointed and don't want to even record my weight, it's embarrassing.

it could be muscle, or water.

You aren't recording your food, so I can't tell you but I would say that it is water... it wouldn't be muscle as muscle weighs exactly the same as the fat (takes up less space). But if you had more sodium that could make you gain weight fast, as can TOM - I gain between 5 - 7 pounds during TOM. Up the water intake and go from there, I am sure it is nothing to worry about.

I have been off the wagon for 3 days myself! I gave up over the weekend! I was so committed for 2 weeks (ate lower carbs and at least walked every day during the week) and didn't lose anything except those first 2 pounds within the first 2 days. Nothing else! I am frustrated right along with you. Figured today, I'd try again. Try, try, try again! Ugh, it is so hard.
