I am SO MAD. I ran a ten and a five miler as well as did two incredibly difficult boot camp classes last week and GAINED all of this weight. I feel like I might as well sat around all week and ate and watched TV. I kept to my diet well too! It doesnt just feel like water weight either. I truly haven't seen my weight this high in 5 years! Please help me to understand this!!
63.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Maybe what you gained was muscle mass...which is heavier than fat. My endocrinologist says it is not uncommon to gain weight when exercising and dieting due to the gain of muscle mass vs. loss of fat. I'll bet if you checked your bodies sugar numbers you would find your body is processing it much better. It will show up as you continue your struggle...but I too have been frustrated by what you are experiencing. Keep up the good work and Good Luck!
