So I think I'm going to try upping my protein intake. I just got back from my power walk and had some protein powder. I think it will also help to increase my calories without a lot of added crap. The scale isn't budging, so I'll see if this helps. I'm pretty sure it's gym night tonight so I will have some more protein powder after that. I hope everyone has an awesome Monday !
