Looking foreward to tomorrow. After I walk our dog Colette, it's off to the gym (day #3 in a row! )hit the bike for one hour and do a few weights.( haven't done that in a while no...a long time ) I hope I can keep up with the 20 pound challenge this week. Menu is already planned too. Maybe that is part of my problem.....Need to think about the next dy and visualize success.
