Well what was your impression? Did you like it? Would you eat it again or would you probably just eat the two separate? I like omelettes and sometimes I like kimchi depending on how it's prepared I'm not sure that I would enjoy them both together due to textural issues but that's a personal issue not an issue with the food. Sometimes my brain doesn't like things even though there's nothing wrong with the food itself. Much like when chips get soggy not being willing to eat them even though there's nothing wrong with the actual nutritional content of the food nor with the food itself being bad or off but rather a textural sensation issue.
