Three hours of yard work yesterday - had my pedometer on for my 10,000 step challenge - after 3 hours I had recorded 800 steps - couldn't believe it! Anyway last night I ran around my first floor for an hour and 10 minutes until my pedometer went over 10000 - was feeling pretty determined. Then I found the cheddar cheese goldfish.... I am truly my own worst enemy...
