following plan, haven't cheated once and still can't lose....been at same weight now going on 3 wks.

Okay, so. Change it up. You need to eat 12-15 net carbs a day of veggies. The remainder of your 20 net carbs a day is fats, protein, etc. Change you coffee creamer up for heavy whipping cream. And to top all that off, you aren't getting enough calories. Good luck!
