I have reached my short term goal yesterday, Today my weight is 198.2. My second new short term goal is to be 190 pounds by December 13, 2015. Thank God Almighty.
89.9 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 30.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
