Start of the 2nd half of my 14 day challenge. Took today as a relax and recharge day. Last week was successful, but room for improvement! Day 8: practices Irish step dance, jumped, enjoyed family time, and relaxed. Working another 60 hour week, so trying to get ready. Have been stretching after doing weight lifting, so that has been nice.

Suggestions on stretching routines? Videos?
