Well four more days until a weigh in day. I have been doing pretty good on my calorie intake. I am really going to push it the next four days and up my exercise time. My problem area......weekends. I do fabulous through the week because I have a schedule and my meals and what I eat are simple and kept on schedule. Then comes the weekend. With all the rain and cold weather I tend to stay in and all I want to do is eat. So what does this tell me.........when the weekends come there has to be a food "crackdown" and an exercise "explosion". Lol. Going to try to go into the next weekend with a game plan and conquer this problem area.....one weekend at a time. Hope everyone is having a great HUMP day.
