Day 2
Yesterday wasn't too bad. I made Mashed Cauliflower which turned out good and the coconut chicken did also. I woke up this morning not so stiff which is always a bonus. I am feeling dizzy though and some ear pain, fatigue. Breakfast was also good this morning! I also had a slight headache all day and my poor hubby had a migraine last night.
