Did well at the birthday party last night . Salad with lemon, seafood with pasta in a light butter sauce, a little piece of cake, one chocolate and 2 drinks. It was so much fun to enjoy myself because I was so good all week. Now I am more than happy to stay on track today and the rest of the week. Had good family and food memories!
