JoanneLM's Journal, 09 Nov 15

So for the past week I've been having a really hard time eating a decent amount of calories. I've averaged 827. Not good. I know it won't stay like this and I know it's bad, but I find it difficult to keep eating. I'm not hungry, am eating really good food and exercising quite a bit. I'm waiting to fall off of this cliff but am hoping it will be a slow roll down a hill.

Eating lower calories for a short time won't really effect you too much. It's long term when you don't get proper nutrients which can lead to healthy problems (not enough calcium for bones, hair falling out, etc.).

The food I'm eating is really good. Tons of spinach etc and I take a bunch of vitamins every day. I am trying to make an effort to hit at least 1200 today.
