Trying to remember my mental health strategies and stay positive - "feeling fat" is not a thing, it just masks my deeper feelings of fear and unworthiness, and if I don't acknowledge it it will just sabotage all my efforts in the long run.
Also trying to remind myself to stick to my own goals and not society's goals - be lighter and freer in my movement; feel healthy and not eat so much junk.
