hiii ! i add 40 grams of oats + 100 ml oat milk + 60 ml of water —> microwave for 1.5 mins + 30 secs. Then i add 20 grs of protein powder + 10 grams of pure cocoa without sugar and that’s it. I’d then also add a spoon of nut butter + some bananas. Without any exaggeration it’s the favorite meal in my life 😅 can eat it 10 times a day. Please let me know if you try and like it 😍
